Free PDF E-Signature & Sign-Off Tool
Sign any PDF in your browser in under a minute. No account, no upload, no subscription.
You often need to sign a contract, quote, NDA or invoice and send it straight back, but most e-signature apps make you create an account first or charge a monthly fee. This free tool lets you add your signature, name, title and date to any PDF and download the signed copy straight away. The file never leaves your computer.
How to use it
1. Upload your PDF
Drag your PDF into the upload box or click to choose a file. Contracts, invoices, proposals and NDAs all work. Want to try it first? Click Demo Agreement to load a sample contract.
2. Enter your details
- Full name and email
- Position and company (optional)
- Sign-off date, which defaults to today
3. Create your signature
- Draw it with your mouse, trackpad or finger. Pick black, blue or grey ink, and use Undo or Clear to try again.
- Type it and choose from four handwriting styles: Modern, Formal, Bold or Calligraphy.
4. Choose what appears in your sign-off box
Tick or untick each item: signature, full name, position and company, email, and signing date.
5. Place it on the page
- Use Prev and Next to find the page you need to sign.
- Drag the sign-off box into position, or click anywhere on the page to move it there.
- Click Bottom Center to snap it to the usual signing spot.
6. Download
Click Download Signed PDF. Your signed copy saves as yourfile_signed.pdf, ready to email back.
