But with Sheetify CRM, the Apps Script is already written and included inside your Google Sheets template!

This means that in just a few clicks, you can send tasks automatically from your spreadsheet straight to Google Tasks to manage them on the go with no coding required.

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Open your Sheetify CRM template (if you haven’t set it up yet, check out this guide).
  2. Navigate to the ‘Contacts & Leads’ sheet (for sales-related tasks) or the ‘Client Tasks’ sheet (for client tasks).
  3. Select the task you want to send to Google Tasks.
  4. Go to the top menu, click ‘Sheetify’, then choose ‘Taskify’ from the dropdown list.
  5. Your task will then automatically sync with the Google Tasks App.
  6. Open the Google Tasks App to view your task or Click the Google Tasks icon on the right-hand sidebar within Google Sheets.
  7. Select ‘Sales Tasks’ or ‘Client Tasks’ (depending on which task you added) to view your newly added task.
  8. Edit task details if required, such as the task name, start time, and due date.
  9. Add your task as recurring (if required).

And that’s it! Thanks to the built-in Apps Script, your task has been instantly added to Google Tasks from Google Sheets.

Basically, this means you can automatically create, track, and manage tasks across both platforms so that you can stay on top of your sales and client tasks from anywhere!
