Here’s how you can create a Google Form using AI inside your Google Workspace account:

1. Open Google Forms.
2. Click ‘Blank Form’ to open a new form.
3. You should then see the Gemini AI pop up.
4. In the AI prompt box, type a detailed description of the form you want to create. Note: The more specific you are, the better your results will be!
5. Make sure you include details about the field types you want in your form. These will be specific to your form.

• Optional: Click the ‘@’ symbol inside the prompt box and choose the relevant files from your Google Drive.
• This helps Gemini understand the context of your form, perfect for those needing to reference an existing document, client brief, or data sheet!

1. Once you’re happy with your prompt:
2. Click ‘Generate’.
3. Gemini will instantly create your form for you based on your in-depth prompt, complete with titles, fields, and question types!
4. Once Gemini has built your form, you can review and customize it further. To do that:
5. Click ‘Preview’ to see how your form looks (you can check your title, questions, and layout before sharing it with others).
6. If you don’t like a question, simply click it, scroll down, and click ‘Delete question’ to remove it completely.
7. You can also edit any field directly to adjust the wording or question type.
8. And if you need a hand with more ideas, you can even ‘Ask Gemini’ for suggestions for form questions based on your current content.
9. Once generated, all you need to do is click ‘Insert’ to add it to your form instantly!

If you’re not happy with how you’re form is looking overall:

1. Go back to the Gemini prompt box.
2. Select ‘Help me create a form’ again and type in a new prompt.
