1. Go to the ‘Dashboard’ sheet inside your Sheetify CRM template.
2. Under ‘Overview This Month’, find ‘Sheetify Email Sent’. This shows you how many emails you’ve sent with Sheetify CRM (your all-time total).
3. Below this, you should see a number with the title ‘Quota Left Today’. This shows you how many emails you can still send on the current day.

And that’s all it takes! By following the simple steps above, you’ll instantly know how many emails you’ve already sent and exactly how many you can still send today.

This allows you to plan your campaigns with confidence and stay safely within your daily quota.

3. Go to the ‘Contacts & Leads’ sheet.
4. Tick the checkbox next to all the contacts you want to email (make sure you add your contact’s correct email addresses and other details before doing this).
5. Click ‘Sheetify > Email Marketing’ from the top menu.
6. Choose and customize an email template (or create one from scratch).
7. Select ‘Yes’ when prompted.
8. Sheetify will then notify you once your email has been sent.

You can then find these emails within the ‘Sent’ folder of your linked Gmail account.

Below ‘Overview This Month’, you should see an updated number above ‘Quota Left Today’.
