Free Email Signature Generator for Gmail

Your email signature appears on every email you send, so it’s an easy way to look professional.

Building one that displays properly in Gmail is fiddly, though, and most signature tools want a monthly subscription.

This free email signature generator for Gmail lets you fill in your details, pick a style and copy the finished signature in one click. There’s no sign-up, and everything stays in your browser.

How to use it

1. Pick a layout

Choose from four styles:

  • Corporate Split: photo on the left, details on the right
  • Modern Minimal: clean and compact, with no photo
  • Stacked Badge: a small photo with your name, and contact details below.
  • Accent Strip: a bold coloured bar beside your details

2. Choose your colour

Pick a preset or use the custom colour picker to match your brand.

3. Add your details

  • Name, job title and pronouns (optional).
  • Company, email, phone, website and city.

4. Add a photo and logo (optional)

Upload an image from your computer, or paste a link to one that’s already online. Choose a circle, rounded or square photo.

5. Add your social links (optional)

Open the Social Media section and paste links to your LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or GitHub profiles. A small icon appears for each one.

6. Add extras (optional)

  • A button, such as “Book a call” linked to your Calendly, a demo or a booking page.
  • An eco note, such as “Please consider the environment before printing”.
  • A confidentiality notice.
